TVS has officially announced its entry into the adventure bike segment with the Apache RTX 300, unveiled at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025 in New Delhi. It’s the brand’s first-ever adventure motorcycle.
TVS RTX 300 Engine & Performance

Under the hood lies a brand-new 299 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled RT-XD4 (or RT-X4D) engine, delivering approximately 35 PS of power and 27–28.5 Nm of torque.
This is mated to a 6-speed gearbox with a slip-and-assist clutch, and an electronic (ride-by-wire) throttle that may support a quick-shifter.
Adventure-Ready Design & Chassis
The RTX 300 features a trellis frame, inverted front forks, and a preload-adjustable rear monoshock.
ides on 19-inch front and 17-inch rear alloy wheels with dual-purpose tyres—ideal for road-centric touring with a dash of off-road flair. LED lighting, a tall windscreen, and semi-fairing design draw inspiration from premium ADVs.
Features & Tech
Expect modern creature comforts such as dual-channel ABS, LED lighting front and back, and a fully digital TFT display—likely with connectivity features like navigation and phone integration.
Launch & Pricing Outlook
The TVS RTX 300 is expected to arrive by August–September 2025, with pricing estimated in the ₹2.4–2.9 lakh (ex-showroom) range. It’ll square off against models like the KTM 250 Adventure, Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, and Suzuki V-Strom SX.
TVS RTX 300 In Summary
With its muscular styling, capable mid-size engine, and feature-rich design, the TVS RTX 300 positions itself as a highly competitive, value-packed option for riders looking to enter the adventure-touring segment.
Keep an eye out for its launch later this year—it could redefine mid-capacity ADV standards in India.
